Euro Direct International Ltd based in the UK is a key "full service" forging supplier for low cost country automotive forgings, manufactured by both hot and cold processes. Our company supplies a wide range of automotive forgings, safety critical forgings for passenger cars, commercial vehicles and engines.

Amongst the vehicles they are used on include the top 5 passenger car brands in the world. Currently we supply over 80,000 forgings/ week to our customers in the UK, Europe & Worldwide.

We also supply components for the energy sector, construction equipment, oil and gas and other industries. Non-automotive clients will benefit from the high automotive manufacturing quality standards and delivery performance.

Manufacturing is done in Asia to TS16949:2002 certification, with high levels of controls through out the whole process from initial raw material production, forging manufacture, heat treatment and quality inspections in Asia and good inward and batch inspection in the UK at our facility.

We deliver to our customers from our dedicated UK warehousing facility on a DDP basis. Deliveries are made in a just in time basis, following our customers delivery schedules. We hold agreed buffer stocks levels in our warehouse, ensuring our customers have 100% line fill levels.

Being accredited as an ISO9001:2000 company with LRQA, we adhere to achieve quality repeatability, continually working to zero parts per million defects philosophy on all forgings supplied.

For all customers we compile and follow a production part approval process (PPAP), and we are registered with the International Material Data System (IMDS) to ensure full material compliance to all national and international standards, laws and regulations.
